• Birth details: Date, time, and place of birth. These are required to calculate deterministic astrological charts.
• Conversation content: The questions and context you share during your conversation.

Your charts are calculated deterministically. We use language models (AI) to interpret compact calculated facts alongside your questions and bounded conversation context. They are instructed never to invent astrological facts.

Storage & Continuity

We use a secure cookie to remember your session across visits on the same device. This allows you to return to your conversation and access your purchased Readings in your library.

Your purchased Readings and chat history are securely stored in our database so you can access them later.

Payments

Payments are processed entirely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit card details. Stripe handles your payment information according to its own privacy policy.

Analytics & Advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure how our service is used, but only if you explicitly consent.

• If you select "Necessary only", no tracking scripts are loaded.
• We never send your birth details, conversation content, or calculated charts to analytics or advertising providers, regardless of your consent choice.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your session data and Readings to provide you with ongoing access to your library. You have the right to request deletion of your data. Please contact us to exercise this right.
