Refunds

If a paid digital reading fails to generate because of a technical error, or you are charged without receiving the purchased service, contact Taru for a refund or resolution.
Because personalised digital readings are generated specifically for the customer, completed readings are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Taru may collect birth details, information you voluntarily share in conversation, account and contact information, payment status from our payment provider, and basic analytics.
This information is used to provide personalised guidance, maintain conversation continuity, improve the service, prevent abuse and process purchases. Payments are handled by Stripe or another payment provider; Taru does not store your card details. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.
